meet the Spanglers
Matt and Marianne first felt the call to Honduras after a family mission trip there in 2008. In 2011, they founded Legacy of Hope, sold their belongings, and moved to La Ceiba, Honduras in December of that year.
Today, Legacy of Hope Foundation provides foster and emergency care to abandoned and at-risk children in the ti-state Occidental region of Honduras.
In addition to directing the Foundation, Matt & Marianne are parents to 10 children of their own.
